Sol Island Bar and Grill strives to make your dining experience like a mini vacation. American and Cuban and Caribbean influenced menu items means there is something for everyone. We use local ingredients on a daily basis and make nearly everything from scratch with the healthiest ingredients possible. We have the largest gluten free menu in town and a large selection of vegan and vegetarian options.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day. We offer a great selection of cocktails and around 30 beers including 8 on draft and over 20 craft beers, most from local brewers.
