Restaurant Salaam offers fine world cuisine, beers and wines in an exotic yet family-friendly atmosphere in the heart of Uptown Athens, Ohio. Our eclectic menu features local seasonal products and includes traditional and traditionally-inspired dishes from the Middle East, the Mediterranean, the Balkans, North Africa, Thailand, India and Pakistan.
Due to the pandemic, in order to ensure our safety and yours, we are currently offering ONLY a limited menu carryout dinner option, which is available only on Friday and Saturday nights and must be pre-ordered by Friday at noon.
Call between 12p and 9pm Thursday, or between 9am and 12pm on Friday to place your order. You’ll pay for your food in advance by phone with a credit or debit card or a gift certificate on file.
At your chosen pickup time time (between 5:00 and 7:00) we will bring your food out in bags with your name on them and put them on the shelf in the rear patio area of the restaurant for an easy, contactless pickup.
